1. Applicant requests Transfer of Pharmaceutics Licensure Application (TPL) from NABP.
2. Applicant receives approved TPL from NABP.
- IMPORTANT! Applicant now has 1 year from the TPL issue date to pass MPJE. Failure to pass MPJE within 1 year will require new application and fees.
4. Applicant submits approved TPL, completed Reciprocal Pharmacist Licensure Application, copy of driver's license or birth certificate and $525.00 fee to PCS.
TPL must be sent to PCS as soon as possible, but no later than 90 days of issuance date from
NABP.

TPL has previously been mailed to PCS with a $300 fee, please contact PCS via e-mail at
[email protected] or 1-877-887-9727 for information regarding your fees.
5. PCS receives application and sends an updated email to candidate once the application is reviewed. Please allow time for processing.
If application is incomplete, PCS will notify applicant of discrepancies via e-mail.
If application is complete, PCS will approve applicant to test by notifying
NABP, which will then send
Authorization to Test Notice to applicant with exam scheduling information.
6. IMPORTANT! Applicant registers on-line with NABP for MPJE exam and schedules MPJE test date and location.
7. Applicant takes examination.

NABP sends MPJE scores electronically to PCS.
9. PCS mails score results to examinee within 2 weeks after exam.
Passing examinees will receive score results and license information.
Non-passing examinees will receive score results and an application for MPJE re-registration.
10. MA Board posts license number on their website when scores are mailed.
11. MA Board mails wallet-sized license to applicant within 6 weeks after scores are mailed.
12. New licensees can purchase wall certificates on-line.
